The website is specifically for businesses that may be eligible for a partial refund of premiums they paid for commercial property insurance in Texas between January 1998 and May 2000. Users fill out an online application form, including the insurance company or companies that provided the commercial property insurance, policy numbers, effective dates and other relevant information.
Authenticated administrators can view applications and process them online for refunds.
