Dense, moist and flavorful

For years Dan Guerrera's cookie addiction made him scour Manhattan and its boroughs for the perfect cookie. Desperate for something dense, moist and flavorful he toured the city's cafes and bakeries. To no avail. In 2008 he quit his job and took it upon himself to create the perfect cookie. His "Downtown Cookie Co." cookies have since been featured on TV, in newspapers and in magazines. More and more cafes in Manhattan are now selling his all-natural cookies.

Boyle Software is happy to have been a part of Dan's sweet success story. We created an inexpensive internet presence using exisiting imagery and implemented a third-party e-commerce tool (Google Checkout) to handle the online sale of cookies that are always baked from scratch. We also helped set up a Facebook fan page, featuring photos straight from the kitchen and videos with wild animals.
