New CMS for Olé's growing portfolio

Along with designer and photographer Friederike Paetzold Boyle Software is developing a new website for Olé Imports, an importer of fine Spanish wines. Olé Imports began in 1999 with just 3 wines. Their unique portfolio has now grown to over 100 wines today. Patrick Mata and Alberto Orte are searching the Spanish peninsula for wines that share four fundamental elements: terroir, quality fruit, exceptional winemaking and last but not least, wines that present an exceptional value.

Boyle Software's developer Uwe Kristen, himself a wine lover and Riesling devotee, decided to use Drupal as the content management system for Olé Imports' new site. Drupal's taxonomy system and flexible modularity are an ideal platform for Olé's substantial content of wines, winemakers and wine regions. Utilizing Drupal's Views and CCK modules Uwe will be able to tailor each page according to Friederike's design and Patrick's goal to turn the new site into a well of information not only about his growers and winemakers but also about Spanish wine in general.
