Programming
We use many languages to tap into the power of commercial and open-source SQL databases, mainframes and other back-end data stores. In addition to open-source resources, we have an extensive library of our own proprietary, pre-packaged code, functions, frameworks, servlets and other utilities.
We follow a Rational-esque, iterative development process: Discovery, Requirements, Specification, Development, Testing, Deployment and Monitoring.
We work well together with existing IT departments, adhere to our client's protocols / standards and can do our coding on or off site.
Front end
We code in XHTML and utilize CSS wherever we can to keep the code clean and make site maintenance easy. With an eye on Search Engine Optimization (SEO), we specialize in elegant, user-friendly and fast downloadable designs.
Hosting
We offer many data center solutions. We host some premier clients and services in our own New York data center. We also arrange for hosting solutions with our ISP partners.
Training
Boyle Software, Inc. offers one-on-one and classroom training for many technical tools at all levels, from training in Microsoft Word through the most sophisticated J2EE frameworks.
Office Space
We help incubate worthy non-profit and enterprising companies in our 8000 sq. ft. loft offices in New York's Silicon Alley.
